1. Services

Lianro Metal Roofs provides metal roofing installation, repair, and related services throughout Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. All services are subject to written estimates and contracts.

2. Estimates and Contracts

All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Work will not commence until a signed contract and required deposit are received. Changes to the scope of work must be approved in writing.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your contract. We accept cash, check, and credit cards. Final payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements are made in writing.

4. Warranties

We provide warranties on both materials and workmanship as specified in your contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to the customer. Our workmanship warranty covers installation defects for the period specified in your agreement.

5. Liability and Insurance

Lianro Metal Roofs carries appropriate insurance including general liability and workers' compensation. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage discovered during work, or damage caused by acts of nature.

6. Property Access and Safety

Customer grants permission for our crews to access the property as needed to complete the work. We maintain safety standards but ask that children and pets be kept away from work areas during construction.

7. Permits and Codes

When required, we will obtain necessary permits for roofing work. All work is performed to meet or exceed local building codes and manufacturer specifications.

8. Weather and Delays

Work schedules may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize inconvenience.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to Colorado state law.
